NorthWest Energy Code

Like the Title 24 Energy Code, the NorthWest Energy Code was adopted to help conserve energy, protect the environment, promote comfort for homeowners, and lower utility bills.

Some states that have adopted the NorthWest Energy Code are:
Washington,Oregon,Idaho.

Prior to receiving a building permit, documentation that shows energy code compliance must be submitted to the local building department.
